At Vigorous, we specialize in functional training, strength training, injury prevention, sports performance training, and mobility training for ALL ages fitness levels, & body compositions.
My name is Isaiah Walter, and I am the Founder, CEO, and Lead Trainer of Vigorous. I am a business owner of a rising personal training company that I opened in October of 2022. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) with a B.S. in Physical Education, and I specialize in functional training, strength training, injury prevention, sports performance training, and mobility training for ALL ages fitness levels, & body compositions. My goal is not only to help people get stronger, but live a longer, and better life, as well.
I’ve worked with people with all fitness backgrounds, and currently have clients in the age range of 13-76 and helped them safely and effectively achieve their goals. I have a lot of experience working with Injured/post injury clients, seniors, and injured athletes; therefore, and strive to help people rebuild strength, confidence.
Prior to opening my business, I was a personal trainer at the Olympic Athletic Club for 1.5 years, and a fitness coach at Orange Theory for about 1 year. I was also a Division 1 athlete for 5 years, where I gained a lot of knowledge and experience with fitness training, & physical therapy. For my B.S. Degree I took fitness, anatomy, physical therapy, business, and marketing courses. I also volunteered as an assistant fitness coach for the student athlete weight room facilities at Idaho State University.
Ever Since Middle school i knew that i was going to open my own business providing a service for people. It wasn’t until college when i fully grasped the impact that fitness had on my life and the people I love. That’s when i made the decision to start my career out as personal trainer with the intent to start my own company. I want to be able to help people live longer and healthier lives.

A well-rounded fitness journey should include mobility and flexibility work, cardiovascular conditioning, strength and power training, proper rest, and nutrition tailored to the individual.
